Make Plays and Rehab Plus are located in the heart of Phoenix, Arizona.

Our 10,000 square foot sports performance and physical therapy facility consists of:

• a newly installed indoor field turf;
• over 3,000-square-foot sports performance area equipped with state-of-the-art training equipment from Samson, Hammer Strength, Woodway, and Shuttle MVP;
• a 1000 square foot training room style physical therapy area; and
• video analysis room.

Our auxiliary facility for sports performance training is at the Dottie Boreyko Brophy Sports Complex. This is a 10 acre facility with a full grass field surrounded by a 400 meter grass track and two Olympic size pools.
