Combine Training

Our Combine Training Program begins with a thorough evaluation of the athlete, identifying the athlete's particular strengths and weaknesses that could affect his marketability in the draft. We will look at:

  • Current medical status
  • Previous injury history
  • Past productivity as a football player
  • Strength and weaknesses as a football player
  • Performance testing measures
  • Body Composition
  • Scouting Rankings
  • Word on the street

In collaboration with the player's agent, we develop a specific strategy to promote his strengths and improve upon his weaknesses.

Training begins immediately after final college bowl games and continues until the Combine or draft days. Our intense training schedule will require athletes to train 2 times per day, 5 - 6 days a week.

Improving football skills is a main component of the Makeplays Combine Training Program. Our team includes several former NFL coaches and former NFL players that will help you improve your football skills NFL scouts often look for in a potential draftee.
